About this course
The programme combines daily classical ballet technique with repertoire, variations, musicality and performance workshops. Conditioning is used to develop physical preparation, while sessions also address safe practice and injury prevention. Pointe work is offered only where appropriate, with conditioning or technique alternatives available.

Is this course right for you?
Designed for adults aged 18 and over, from absolute beginners to dancers returning after a break or developing existing practice. The full-time training format is intended for participants comfortable with regular studio activity. Learners may be grouped by experience where possible. Pointe work is not required, and the final studio showing is optional.
