Ballet Taster Classes

About this course

This introductory class familiarises participants with foundational ballet technique through posture work, basic coordination exercises and a simple combination performed to music. It also covers barre exercises and stretches, with the names and meanings of the movements explained during the session. Teaching takes place in a relaxed group setting and is designed to provide a first experience of ballet in one session.

Is this course right for you?
