About this course
Classes introduce core ballet principles through structured barre and centre exercises, with attention to alignment, posture, balance, coordination and musical awareness. Participants then learn a choreographed routine gradually, using repetition to connect the steps and transitions. The course also includes ensemble and unison work, with learners maintaining positions within a group formation and developing the routine for performance in an end-of-year show.
