About this course
The course develops figures and technique in three ballroom and Latin styles covered during the term: Tango, Foxtrot and Jive. The teacher demonstrates movements and explains them verbally, while learners practise individually before working with a partner. Partner changes follow a planned rotation, with individual feedback provided during the class. Participants work towards performing intermediate-level figures both independently and in relation to a partner, with additional learning resources supplied where appropriate.
What you'll learn
- Demonstrate intermediate figures in Tango, Foxtrot and Jive independently and with a partner.
- Improve technique across the figures covered on the course.
