About this course

Participants investigate how to use online services such as banking, retail, the NHS, benefits, utilities, local authorities and gov.uk. The course covers account creation, website navigation, comparing products and prices, completing forms, uploading documents and images, applying for jobs online and accessing live streaming legally. Teaching follows a step-by-step approach, with learners completing tasks independently and alongside other students. The tutor provides individual guidance, while Google Classroom supports work and access to online materials beyond the classroom.
