About this course
The course focuses on using digital tools for everyday tasks. Participants will enter information into spreadsheets, access services such as GP appointments and council accounts, and write clearly structured emails for formal and informal situations. It also introduces online safety, including recognising phishing messages and creating safer password habits. Participants will explore how AI tools such as Copilot can assist with drafting emails and complaints.
