About this course
The course introduces the purpose and everyday use of Microsoft Teams through workplace-focused tasks. Participants practise chatting with and without the camera, making calls, using the calendar, arranging and taking part in meetings, and hosting meetings online. It also covers meeting notes and the use, organisation and collaborative editing of files. Teaching is step by step, combining individual activities with tasks completed alongside other learners. Tutor guidance is provided during the activities, with Google Classroom used for additional work and online materials.

Is this course right for you?
This beginner-level course is intended for learners developing their existing digital skills and learning Teams for workplace communication. Activities include working independently as well as completing tasks with other learners. Previous experience using Teams is not needed.

- Work outside the class is required through Google Classroom
