About this course

The course explores informal, regional Italian cooking through a changing selection of seasonal dishes, with examples including crostini, baked aubergine, chicken Parmigiana, roast potatoes and an almond cake. Teaching combines demonstrations with hands-on tutoring as participants prepare the dishes. The class concludes with a shared meal featuring the food prepared during the session.
