About this course

The workshop starts with a chef-led demonstration of techniques for creating crisp fish and chips, followed by hands-on preparation with guidance in the kitchen. Participants make the complete menu: fish and chips, minted crushed peas and homemade tartare sauce. The class also covers seasoning, flavour balance and preparing fish and chips from scratch, combining demonstrations with practical cooking.
