Brioche Workshop

About this course

Participants work with enriched, buttery dough and explore the process from mixing and kneading through shaping and baking. The workshop combines instruction with hands-on preparation of pistachio Brionuts, cream and seasonal fruit Brionuts, a Tarte Tropézienne and chocolate-chip braided brioche. It also covers fillings such as pistachio cream and orange blossom crème, with attention to the soft, airy texture associated with brioche.
