About this course

The course examines the administrator’s role and develops core office processes. Participants practise planning and prioritising work, creating schedules in Outlook, organising digital files and emails, formatting official letters in Word, managing basic data in Excel, and arranging meetings with minutes and summaries. Teaching combines step-by-step tutor guidance with individual and group tasks. Learners work through administration scenarios, communicate in person, by phone, online and in writing, and use Google Classroom to access online materials and complete work outside class.
