About this course

The course examines how business objectives, customer goals and market information can shape a coordinated sales and marketing strategy. Participants review the 7Ps and 4Cs, assess sales methods and channels, develop customer profiles, and consider the resources needed to support selling. Teaching also covers sales planning, forecasting, realistic targets, budgeting and performance tracking. Participants review a sample template for a simple sales and marketing strategy and consider how marketing data, CRM and customer relationships fit within wider business planning.
