A sugarcraft workshop for beginners and improvers covering sugar flower construction, finishing and arrangement for cake decoration.
About this course
The workshop introduces techniques for making sugar flowers and foliage for cake decoration. Learners work with flower pastes, cutters and templates, shaping and wiring petals and leaves before applying colouring dusts and glaze finishes.
