Capstone California Level 1: On-Demand Qualification plus 11-Wine California Tasting

About this course

Participants work through bespoke video lessons and Capstone California’s official online learning resources at their own pace. The syllabus covers California’s main regions, grape varieties, wine styles, geography and climate, as well as introductory viticulture, winemaking and tasting principles. The included tasting examines 11 Californian wines, with opportunities to compare regions, varieties and styles side by side and ask questions. The official Level 1 exam is completed online when the learner is ready. Successful candidates receive the Capstone California Level 1 qualification.
