About this course

The course focuses on everyday digital communication for work. Participants practise writing clear professional emails, sending files, using workplace messaging platforms and creating an appropriate online professional profile. It also covers basic online networking and digital habits for sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues. Teaching combines live demonstrations with online tasks completed at each learner’s pace during practical computer sessions. Tutor support is available throughout the activities.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for learners at Improver level who already have some digital competence and meet the stated minimum English level of Entry 3 / Level 1. Participants complete online tasks at their own pace in tutor-supported computer sessions, so some preparation to work independently through digital activities is relevant.
