About this course

The course examines how two-dimensional ideas can be developed into sculptural forms. Participants will look at artists working with found objects, ceramics, carving and collage, then explore related approaches through drawing and making. Practical work uses clay, plaster and re-appropriated materials, with an emphasis on developing a mixed-media practice and taking existing ideas in a different direction.
