Ceramics on Saturday

About this course

Learners develop ceramics skills through hand-building methods including coiling, slab-building and press-moulding, alongside throwing and turning techniques. The course introduces different clay body types and explores coloured slip and glaze application for surface decoration. Tutor feedback is provided throughout, with learners reviewing their individual progress at the end of the course. More experienced participants can use the sessions to work on their own ceramics projects while developing their existing practice.
