Chinese Cooking Class

About this course

The class begins with a chef-led demonstration before participants prepare Chinese dishes themselves, including Biang Biang noodles, fish fragrant aubergine and crispy chilli chicken or cauliflower. The session covers cooking from scratch alongside knife skills, preparation and organisation, flavour balance, presentation, and practical culinary tips. Participants cook and then eat the food they have prepared. The format accommodates people attending alone, as a pair or in a group.
