Is this course right for you?
The course is designed for learners with prior Chinese pole training, specifically those who have completed Level 1 and been signed off by their teacher. The intermediate label indicates a course for participants progressing beyond fundamental techniques. A considerable level of overall fitness and experience training with body weight are also expected.

Before you go
- Wear clothing covering the arms and legs, such as old stretchy or fitted jeans with a belt, leggings, tights or a long-sleeved T-shirt.
- Clothing may be damaged during training, so avoid wearing valuable or best clothing.
- Bring plimsolls or soft-sole trainers. Shoes are provided, but participants may need to use their own if the available size is unsuitable.
