Christmas Hamper Workshop

About this course

Participants prepare a range of traditional and seasonal items for a festive hamper. The workshop covers pork pies made with hot water crust, spiced shortbread, chutney and jam, parmesan sablés, stollen and mulled wine. The finished bakes and preserves are brought together as a gift hamper, with the mulled wine bottled and the contents packaged. The workshop is limited to ten participants.
