Christmas Wreath with Wine Pairing

About this course

Participants construct a large Christmas wreath in stages, using wiring techniques to attach dried fruit and fresh pine cuttings. The making process is paired with a guided tasting of four 50ml wines, ranging from full-bodied reds to winter whites, with discussion of their tasting notes. A new wine is introduced as each wreath layer is built, giving the workshop a combined floristry and wine-tasting format.
