Classical Guitar Intermediate Workshop B

About this course

The workshop develops classical guitar technique, articulation, expression, sight-reading and awareness of musical style through a mixture of explanation, demonstration, individual practice and group work. Study includes technical exercises, solo repertoire and ensemble pieces, with opportunities to perform. Learners are expected to contribute to discussions in English and may use digital resources such as recordings, online videos and relevant mobile applications as part of their music study.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for players at around Grade 4/5 standard or with at least two years’ experience. The intermediate label indicates study beyond fundamental techniques. Learners should be able to work in a group, follow instructions, contribute to discussions in English and complete activities outside class.
