About this course
Classes develop commercial dance technique through more detailed choreography and stylised movement drawn from hip-hop, jazz and commercial fusion. Participants work on control, coordination, musicality, timing and rhythm while learning to retain longer routines. Teaching centres on practising full routines and dancing as part of a group, with attention to precision, expression and performance presence. There is no formal performance, but learners practise performing within the class.
