About this course
The workshop examines the factors that can influence confidence and self-esteem, including experiences that may contribute to periods of low confidence. Participants explore practical ways to increase self-esteem and identify steps towards their own goals. Teaching combines tutor presentations, group activities, open discussion and question-and-answer sessions, with guidance intended to help learners contribute comfortably. Participants complete a Personal Learning Plan at the start of the workshop to set goals and track their progress. There is no formal assessment.
