About this course
The course explores how movement travels through the body and connects into smoother, more continuous sequences. Participants work on transitions, dynamic changes, coordination between the upper and lower body, and movement that responds to rhythm and musical intention. Classes use longer phrases and travelling sequences, including changes of direction and extended combinations. Learners practise remembering and performing linked movement material while maintaining control and continuity.
