Contemporary Improvers

About this course

This contemporary dance class extends introductory foundations through increased physicality and a more dynamic approach to movement. It draws on Cunningham technique, including curves, tilts, twists and arches through the spine, alongside release-based work focused on breath and flowing movement. Participants explore different approaches to contemporary movement and learn a choreographed phrase in class, accompanied by live music.
