It draws on Cunningham technique, including curves, tilts, twists and arches through the spine, alongside Release technique, which uses breath to support flowing movement. Participants explore simple springs, jumps and other contemporary dance skills, with opportunities to experiment with their own movement style. Live music accompanies the class and provides an element of inspiration during the movement work.
