Cooking with Cupid – Valentines Cookery Class

About this course

The class begins with a demonstration covering the evening’s dishes, followed by cooking at individual stations. Participants make, knead and roll tagliatelle, then prepare a three-course menu including pea purée, homemade dill tagliatelle with asparagus and beurre noisette, and a chocolate dessert. The class concludes with participants sitting down to eat the food they have prepared. Vegetarian adaptations are available for the menu.
