About this course
The course introduces paper marbling alongside traditional bookbinding, with projects centred on portfolio and clamshell box construction. Participants explore how decorative papers can be developed for functional and artistic book forms. Teaching combines demonstrations, group discussion, one-to-one tuition and practical project work. Tutor feedback is provided throughout the course as participants develop bookbinding and printmaking techniques for their projects.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for complete beginners as well as learners with some previous experience. No prior bookbinding knowledge is required. Sessions combine practical individual work with demonstrations, group discussion, one-to-one tuition and regular tutor feedback.
