About this course
This course examines creative leadership through six themes: values, vision, voice, innovation, purpose and motivation. It connects professional practice with communication, team building and creative thinking in the context of the creative industries. Teaching combines creative thinking and coaching activities with collaborative challenges, group exercises and structured peer feedback. Participants explore both creative and commercial perspectives, consider their assumptions and reflect on self-awareness while learning through discussion and exchange with other learners.
