About this course
The human figure provides the starting point for exercises in fundamental drawing, with attention to technique, materials and observational practice. Alongside traditional life drawing, participants are introduced to experimental drawing ideas, mediums and aspects of contemporary studio practice. Teaching combines group tuition with one-to-one guidance from practising artists, allowing learners to work through practical drawing activities while exploring different approaches to the subject.
