Creative Web design with Wordpress

About this course

Participants plan and map a website, prepare images in Adobe Photoshop, and learn how hosting, domain names and WordPress.com publishing work. They create and manage pages and blog posts, build navigation, add media and embeds, create contact forms, and customise a site’s appearance. Teaching combines step-by-step tutor guidance, classroom exercises, real-world examples and individual tasks. Ongoing assessment informs progress as participants work towards a website for a business, portfolio or chosen subject.
