Creative Writing Intensive - 5 Days

About this course

Participants develop writing ideas across prose and screenplay, working on story structure, characterisation, description, metaphors, perspective and tense. The course combines tutor-led exploration with individual writing time, helping learners outline and develop a piece of work while considering how writing choices shape meaning and style. Teaching also covers critical thinking in writing and includes an individual session with the tutor. Towards the end, participants share some of their work and are introduced to aspects of the writing industry.
