Curry Workshop – Jalfrezi

About this course

The workshop begins with a chef-led demonstration covering the preparation of a Jalfrezi and its accompaniments. Participants then work at individual cooking stations to prepare the dishes themselves, with the chefs available to answer questions and offer guidance. The session focuses on spicing techniques, making curry from scratch and cooking jeera rice. Once cooking is complete, the group sits down to eat the prepared food.
