About this course

The course combines informal lectures, workshops and slide-based discussions of historical and contemporary photographic work. Participants explore their camera’s settings and functions while responding to creative briefs, then apply these techniques through photography assignments between sessions. Feedback on the resulting images supports further consideration of picture-making choices. The course concludes with a group critique in which participants review the work produced and consider possible directions for progression.
