About this course
The course focuses on producing longer, well-structured Word documents such as reports and proposals. Participants practise using styles, outlines, templates, indentation, headers, footers, page numbering, indexes and customised tables, along with inserting images and Excel data and controlling text flow around them. Teaching follows guided, step-by-step tasks, with learners working independently and alongside other students. Topics also include maintaining formatting when printing, organising files in the cloud and using mail merge. Work outside class is required, with Google Classroom used to access materials and support communication.
