Digital Skills with Data Security or Business Administration with Employability - Tooting

About this course

The course develops workplace and personal computing skills through word processing, presentation software and spreadsheets. Content also covers digital security and wellbeing, customer service, workplace health and safety, CV writing, job searches and mock interviews. Learners study towards a Level 1 Digital Skills Qualification and a nationally recognised Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Data Security or Business Administration. The programme includes written work, practical tasks and a formal examination for the Digital Skills Qualification.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for learners aged 19 or over who have some experience using digital technology and email. Its Beginner level indicates a focus on foundational workplace skills, while an English assessment is used to check that the course can meet each learner’s needs.

• Applicants must be legally allowed to live and work in the UK.
• Applicants must have lived in the UK or EU for the previous three years.
• Some prior experience with digital technology and email is required.
