At A2 Dutch, learners can handle simple routine exchanges and describe familiar aspects of everyday life.

About this course
The course develops Dutch for everyday situations through lessons centred on spoken communication. Teaching is mainly in Dutch and combines group work, role-plays and other interactive activities with practice in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Learners receive access to an online platform containing lesson summaries, notes and resources, along with support from Dutch language teachers and study tips. Progression to higher levels is based on participation and self-study rather than formal tests.

This Elementary course is intended for learners who have already studied some Dutch, with previous completion of Level 4 or around 48 class hours recommended. The lessons involve spoken communication, group work and role-plays.
