Ecuadorian Cookery Class

About this course

Participants work together in a family-style kitchen to prepare a selection of Ecuadorian recipes, including ceviche, plantain hash, stews, empanadas and a fruit punch. Each person chooses one dish to focus on, while also moving between stations to assist with other preparations and learn from the wider menu. The session concludes with a sit-down meal shared with the chef, facilitator and volunteers.
