About this course
The course introduces enamelling on metal through grinding and wet-packing enamel, with practical exploration of cloisonné, champlevé, foils and textured surfaces. Participants first develop the techniques on a test piece before applying them to a simple pendant and a pair of earrings. The work combines enamel decoration with basic metal construction, including soldering, and is taught through studio-based making across a choice of course formats.
