About this course
The course develops clear, structured writing through practice with everyday formats such as messages, emails and short texts. Learners work on word order, sentence construction and short paragraphs, then plan ideas before writing and use simple linking words, including “and”, “but” and “because”. Activities are completed at the learner’s own pace with tutor guidance. The course is positioned as preparation for a subsequent Getting Ready for Functional Skills English course.
