About this course
The course develops accuracy in written English through work on common spelling, capital letters, full stops and basic proofreading. Learners practise writing messages, emails and short paragraphs for everyday situations, then review their work to identify and correct simple errors. Teaching combines guided practice with opportunities to work at an individual pace. The course is positioned as preparation for a Getting Ready or Functional Skills English course.
