About this course
The course examines how confidence is conveyed through posture, body language and vocal choices, including pace, pauses, projection and tone. Learners consider habits that may affect their communication and explore ways to relax and breathe more effectively. It also introduces an assertive model for handling challenging conversations and situations. Activities focus on expressing views, building rapport and presenting information so that it is heard clearly.
