About this course

The course develops English for common work, community and everyday situations. Learners practise reading signs, instructions and basic forms, then build written language from letters and words to short sentences. Speaking activities cover personal information, daily routines and simple work-related topics. The course also introduces numbers, postcodes and digital tools such as Google Maps for planning journeys. Tutor guidance supports learners as they work through activities at their own pace.
