About this course

This introductory course uses guided classroom practice and real-world examples to familiarise learners with Excel’s workbooks, worksheets, cells, ranges, ribbon and basic tools. Participants will enter and edit data, use autofill, and format spreadsheets with fonts, colours, borders and alignment. The course also covers operators, SUM and AVERAGE, alongside creating bar, pie and column charts. Learners will prepare spreadsheets for printing by setting page layouts, margins, scaling, print areas, headers and footers.

  • Enter, correct and extend spreadsheet data using basic editing tools and autofill
