About this course

Experience Design is presented as an interdisciplinary approach drawing on storytelling, empathy and spatial design. The course examines how design can shape an audience’s emotional experience and considers the roles involved in an experience design ecosystem. Teaching combines visual presentations with group discussion and collaborative practical activities. Participants explore relevant theories, tools and concepts, then consider ways to apply the approach to their own work, practice or studies, including when designing experiences for audiences, clients and colleagues.
