About this course

The course examines how generative AI produces outputs and decisions, including the limitations of hallucinations, bias and fairness. It introduces Explainable AI and agentic AI, with attention to how these systems may support decision-making and act more autonomously. Teaching combines tutor-led explanations, live demonstrations, hands-on use of AI tools, scenario-based exercises and group discussion. Learners evaluate AI outputs in everyday and workplace situations, considering their reliability and the responsible use of AI tools.
