About this course
Participants use a curated educational visit in London to inform studio-based fashion projects. They develop design ideas through research documentation, collection planning, fashion illustration, sketchbook work and marketing boards, while exploring a personal approach to fashion and textiles. Projects involve working with others and conclude with a display of finished ideas, illustrations and sketchbook material. Tutor feedback focuses on how the work could be developed for a portfolio, giving participants an opportunity to review and present their design thinking.
