About this course
This accelerated introduction to Italian develops communication for everyday situations. Learners practise greetings, introductions, personal information, spelling, numbers and simple descriptions, then apply language to contexts including hotel check-in, restaurant orders and telephone reservations. Teaching is conducted primarily in Italian and uses interactive formats such as group discussions, role-plays and practical exercises. The course covers foundational material from units 0 to 4 of the specified A1 coursebook, with lesson notes, summaries and additional study resources included.
