Fine Art: Drawing and Painting, Watercolour - Beginners and Improvers

An all-levels drawing and watercolour course using guided projects, sketchbook planning and experimentation with creative media.
About this course
Learners choose from project ideas spanning traditional, abstract and imaginative subjects, then develop a main artwork through research, planning and sketchbook work. Guidance covers elements and principles of art, including line, shape, form, colour, texture, balance, perspective and proportion, alongside references to relevant artists. Teaching combines tutor guidance with individual support, group discussion, questions, peer input and critique.
